Its concept stems from the maneki-neko—a "beckoning cat" figurine with Japanese origins, traditionally believed to attract fortune. In Chinese culture, where it's known as "zhaocaimao" (translating to "lucky cat" or "cat that brings wealth"), this symbol inspired the product's "Lucky Cat" designation.
