About Carbon-Ti
Born from the engineering heritage of LLS Titanium—a specialist in advanced alloys and carbon fibre—Carbon-Ti has become a benchmark in the world of high-performance bike components.
The brand made its debut in 2005 with a groundbreaking chainring featuring a carbon-fibre core and titanium teeth, a solution made possible by LLS Titanium’s cutting-edge manufacturing technology. This fusion of materials delivers the ideal blend of low weight, stiffness, and durability, wrapped in a sleek, distinctive aesthetic. These qualities have placed Carbon-Ti at the forefront of premium road and mountain bike component development.
In just a few years, Carbon-Ti products became fixtures on the world stage, appearing in elite MTB events such as the UCI XCO World Cup, major marathon races, and the iconic Cape Epic.
Fifteen years after the brand’s launch, Carbon-Ti S.r.l. was established in 2020 as an independent company, marking a new chapter in its evolution.

In 2023, Carbon-Ti entered a prestigious partnership with UAE Team Emirates, supplying carbon-fibre chainrings, brake rotors, thru-axles, and other top-level components. This collaboration contributed to remarkable victories, including Tadej Pogačar’s wins across major Classics, the Giro d’Italia, the Tour de France, and the World Championships.
The brand also equips several other WorldTour teams, reinforcing its reputation at the highest tier of professional cycling.
In August 2024, Castellini S.p.A. acquired Carbon-Ti S.r.l., strengthening its ambition to build an industrial centre dedicated to technological innovation and Italian manufacturing excellence.
Today, Carbon-Ti continues to design, engineer, and produce every component at its headquarters in Cazzago San Martino (Brescia), where a skilled team oversees each step with uncompromising precision. Every Carbon-Ti product is proudly made entirely in Italy.
Machine is an authorised UK dealer for Carbon-Ti, bringing these world-class Italian components directly to riders across the United Kingdom.
